How Do I purchase a Gift Card?

How many times can I use my Gift Card?

You can use your gift cards as many times as you like until the balance reaches zero. If your purchase is more than the gift card amount you can use the balance of your gift card and an alternative method of payment method, including cash, credit card, EFTPOS.

Do we sell plastic gift cards?

Sorry, we do not sell plastic cards. Our service is a dedicated digital e-gift card platform. Our focus is to deliver your e gift cards more efficiently, more cost effectively and more securely.

What if I lose my Gift Card?

All gift cards should be treated like cash and therefore if you lose of misplace your e-gift card there is very little we can do to cancel or replace your gift card.

What are the Terms and Conditions of the Gift Cards?

Prior to purchasing a gift cards please check that you are happy with the retailer's terms and conditions. This can be found at the bottom of each card prior to placing into your shopping cart. Please note that Gift Cards cannot be refunded once they have been purchased.  

What are the Fees and Charges?

We charge $1 per card.
